The initially allocated room was not particularly suitable. When raised with Reception the Staff were very helpful and an alternative room given with much better facilities i.e. larger, 2 comfortable chairs, more suitable/better shower, tea/coffee facilities etc. All's well that ends well which was due to helpful Staff. Very convenient for Hurtigruten Terminal.
